A voice agent that points to the answer
Disclaimer: I'm a paid product tester for AppSumo and received this tool for free to provide a detailed review. My opinions are entirely my own, and my compensation is not tied to the rating or taco score I give.
What caught my attention with Foyer was what happened *while* it answered. The voice agent scrolled the page and highlighted the section it was talking about. A visitor asking about a feature could see exactly where to find it, then keep exploring from there. That’s a useful way to help someone who has landed on your site and isn’t sure where to start.
Setup took me a couple of minutes. Foyer crawled the site to create its knowledge base, and installation uses a single script tag. It can also pick up buying intent during a conversation, ask for contact details, and save the transcript so you know what the visitor was looking for when you follow up.
I raised several issues during testing. The widget briefly appeared in the wrong position before moving into place. And when a visitor stopped speaking, the agent kept asking if they needed help. The team fixed both, along with the other items I flagged. They also added BYOK and webhooks.
My one practical consideration is the minute allowance. Check how much traffic your site gets and how long conversations might run before choosing a tier.
For a site where visitors need help understanding the offer, Foyer gives them someone to ask and shows them where to look.

Sep 17, 2026Thanks, Abe! Your testing helped us catch and fix several rough edges, especially the widget positioning and idle prompts. I’m glad the navigation and highlighting stood out, that’s a big part of why we built Foyer.
Fair point on the minute allowance, too. Really appreciate the time you put into testing and sharing such thoughtful feedback!
