just 1400 credits in my account, no support email in my account, only an ai chat telling me that my credits would either been used, are already expired or are "split" on different tools - I didn't know that I can do all of these with just opening an account.
regarding the tool itself: tutorials are rare and for people with experience in video editing, it's not like a walk in the park.
and the tools within the editor are not "self-explaining" so ...
if you add up all of these: it's a disappointment for me and a first-day-refund, sorry.

Regarding the "1400 credits" issue you mentioned — here’s how it works: the credits from this deal are released in installments. You'll receive 20% of the credits within 60 days after redeeming your code, which is why you currently see 1,400 credits. The remaining credits (7,000 in total for Tier 2) will be fully credited to your account after 60 days.
