I sent emails and questions. Your invites are not working anymore and you seem to ignore EVERYONE!! Why are you still in business if you wont service your customers ??

Hey Pieter, I’ve seen a couple of comments mentioning a "big upgrade" being worked on behind the scenes, but there hasn’t really been any transparency around what those updates actually are or when users can expect to see them. To be completely honest, I think the product is OK, but I’m not 100% sold on it yet and have been exploring other options. Knowing what’s on the roadmap would honestly make a big difference in deciding whether to stick with the platform long term. Do you have any public roadmap, planned feature list, or even a rough idea of what’s coming next and the expected timeline?

Is it possible to import reviews that I got manually and not from a review platform? I have a lot of reviews that I got directly and have them in text form. Is it possible to import them on Feedback Link or I can import reviews only if they come from Trustpilot and similars?
is it possible to export/backup the reviews in case something happens to feedback link?
