On support: you shouldn’t have had to dig for an email, and we’re sorry we didn't answer in time for a review. We received your email around 11 pm here and didn't respond until the next morning. We’ve replied to you directly now. For anyone else reading, you can reach me anytime at [email protected]. We also made our Help and Tips section more visible for users. This has alwasy had our phone number and emails.

On credits: our “searching and browsing are free” wording made it sound like all pagination was free, and that’s on us. Here’s how it actually works. Every search shows your top 10 matching creators for free (most platforms only show 3 to 5). You reveal more creators by sorting by followers, average views, average likes, or engagement. New searches with different filters are also always free, so if the top 10 don’t look right, refine your filters and search again.

An extra preview (10 more creators) cost 1 credit, and previews are capped there. Previews are a loss leader for us, since every creator we show is enriched with current insights, it costs us, and fully open pagination would let people scrape the whole database (we’ve already seen that during launch). So the “load 10 more” button stopping is intentional, not a bug. Exports are where credits apply: 1 credit per creator, each with an email.

The best way to use it is to refine until your top 10 look right, then export. We’re updating our copy everywhere so this is clear from the start. Thanks again for flagging it. Feedback like yours makes the product better for everyone.
