Performant, Full Featured Mailing Solution with some rough edges
Overview
This mailing solution is fast, easy to use, and fully functional. This seems like a heck of a deal from Acumbamail. I'm still evaluating, but I sent my first mailing yesterday, and it seems to have worked well. I'm very excited and optimistic about what this product will do in the long term.

- The domain setup can be tricky due to documentation problems.
- Ex: Setup of TXT records mentions the value but not the host name. I worked around it because I've done this many times but a new user likely wouldn't get past it. (This may be attributed to localization)
- The editor needs some usability improvements.
- Ex: Figuring out how to change the background of content blocks takes a few minutes of clicking.
- Localization can be funky
- Ex: Each time I hit the login page, it defaults to Spanish for me rather than English. Once I login, I'm back to English

Recurring security warnings forced me to leave
I had to move all my projects to a different provider after Acumbamail triggered 'Social Engineering' warnings from Google multiple times. The first time it happened, support claimed to fix it. When it happened again, I realized their infrastructure is simply not safe for professional use. Having your domain flagged as a 'scam' by Google twice is a death sentence for SEO and client trust. If you don't want to spend your weekends migrating providers and pleading with Google to unblock your site, avoid this service.

Llevamos un mes con Acumbamail y estamos contentos.
Puntos a favor:
-LTD es inmejorable, esperamos que tenga muchísimos años de futuro por delante.
-manual de ayuda supercompleto
-agilidad en la navegación
-integración directa con carritos abandonados de woocommerce (nos encantaría con Hotmart)
Puntos a mejorar:
-la interfaz de usuario tiene demasiados espacios y la letra me resulta un poco pequeña, lo que perjudica la usabilidad para usuarios intensivos
-aún no están implementadas las etiquetas de suscriptor, está en el roadmap y lo esperamos como agua de lluvia
-más triggers en las automatizaciones (nunca hay suficientes, jajaja), por ejemplo fecha global (no solo un día del mes, sino con mes y año)
tiene tantas opciones que estamos intentando entenderlas todas (nos cuesta el concepto de smtp ¿por qué es necesario si ya tenemos miles de e-mails disponibles? ¿es para ampliar con servidores externos?)
Hasta la fecha estamos supercontentos con esta oportunidad de trabajar al fin con Acumbamail.
